No 9 – ALF

Built by the Hunslet Engine Company in 1950, an ex-National Coal Board locomotive, from Huncoat Colliery in Lancashire it was sold to the Talyllyn Railway in 1970, and named after Alf Robens, chairman of the National Coal Board.


I print the kits to order and this can take six to eight weeks depending on the workload at the time of ordering. Once payment has been made, your order will be processed and you will receive an email once the kit is printed and ready to dispatch.
